We identify suitable tenants and draft necessary tenancy contracts before moving them in. We liaise with the tenant over maintenance and upkeep and also ensure service charges are kept up to date. We give emphasis to timely property assessment for quality to ensure it is being looked after. We don't stop there, we even prepare renewal contracts, collect rent and hold post dated cheques as well.
